Sports massage

Sports massage is designed for athletes and those who play sports at the amateur level. It helps to increase endurance, relieve fatigue, restore muscle tone after physical exertion. The procedure is indicated in the post-traumatic period, with bruises of ligaments, scar tissue adhesions.

Types of sports massage

Our massage therapists perform general (for the whole body) and private (for one or more zones) massage:

• training, to reduce tension, recovery after injury. Recommended 1.5-4 hours after sports, after massaging — steam room;
• preliminary — performed before competitions or training, promotes blood flow activation, expands sweat glands, increases the elasticity of ligaments, which reduces the risk of injury in sports, overheating of the body, improves reaction speed;
• restorative — accelerates the recovery process after serious loads, relieves tension. It can be combined with water treatments, infrared, ultraviolet irradiation, oxygen therapy.

If there is no doctor in your team, we will send our specialist for sports massage at competitions. If you come home late from training, you can call our master at home.
